Page Alignment
The alignment of a website is important to the overall look & feel. Determining factors would be if you wanted your website centered or aligned left. The easiest out of all is left justify, as that is the default for web design.
Lets look at examples of websites that use both of these. Left Justified and Centered.
This is the tag you need to add if you want to center your site.
Using Dreamweaver to insert the code you want to press the button. A new screen will appear.
Use the following example below for choosing the alignment. When these have been selected, press insert and a new screen will appear.
To choose which alignment you would like, (center or right as left is the default) use the following example and when completed, press ok.
You want some space in between the start and ending tags. This will help keep the structure looking clean. Is this important for the actual website that the world will see? NO! But in the opening Flash example, you saw all the code needed for the example page. Can you imagine trying to find where you need to make updates if the code isn't properly structured? Can you imagine the hair you WON'T pull out due to frustration if you design a proper structure?
